 Drink Tea with honey


Honey is a strong laxative and eating it with tea, in addition to being delicious, also eliminates constipation.



Water

-People with constipation should drink plenty of water a day.

-Water is the best treatment for constipation.

-Men with constipation should drink at least 3.7 liters per day and women 2.7 liters.


Eat fiber and vegetables

 If at least two of the following symptoms are present in an individual. Must have constipation:

 1- The stool is usually hard and dry.

 2- The number of evacuations should below.

 3- Disposal and evacuation should be difficult. 

4- Do not empty the feces completely.
