Habits that destroy the thyroid

 The thyroid gland is the main engine of metabolism in the body, and when there is a problem in the function of this gland, the level of hormones in the body increases or decreases, which in both cases causes sudden changes in weight, mood, and heart and skin problems. Two types of these disorders are hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. For example, sudden weight gain is caused by a decrease in the level of thyroid hormone in the blood. In this article, I want to describe the habits that cause thyroid dysfunction, many of which are under our control. If we care about the health of our bodies, we must forget these bad habits.
